Sagging, loose skin can be caused by ageing or as a result of major weight loss or childbirth.

Using focused radiofrequency technology, Thermage heats the skin at a depth of approximately 3mm to tighten existing collagen and stimulate new collagen formation in the deep and under layers of the skin. This safe, non-invasive, FDA-approved procedure effectively tightens and lifts loose and sagging skin, with continued improved for up to six months. It is suitable for treating loose skin on the stomach, hands, thighs, knees, and buttocks. Thermage CPT is also an effective way to treat cellulite.

Numbing cream is applied prior to your treatment to maximise your comfort.

This treatment uses a handpiece with a smooth, flat tip to deliver Thermage’s unique monopolar radiofrequency technology. The larger Thermage body tip 16.0 offers faster, more impressive, and deeper sub-structural response than previous technology, with five times the surface coverage of standard Thermage tips. A cooling spray is given before, during, and after each energy application to protect your skin such that you will feel a cool sensation, a pinch of heat, followed by another cool sensation. The deep but brief heating sensation is an indication that the skin is achieving an effective temperature for skin tightening.

The latest generation of Thermage tips are extremely comfortable. Most clients notice skin tightening and lifting effects between one to three months after the treatment. Skin tightening can continue for up to six months as the treatment stimulates collagen growth in the skin.

Clients may return to normal activities immediately after the treatment as there is no downtime. Make-up can also be worn immediately, and any redness that appears usually disappears within a few days. Mild aches, tenderness, and swelling are occasionally noticed, but generally resolve within a few days.

Expected Results

Cellulite will be reduced and smoothed while crepey, flabby, and loose skin on will be tightened.
